Joe Murphy did a fantastic job today selling us a pair of couches and an entire bedroom set. I really appreciated that he didn’t hover and wasn’t pushy. He let us browse, answered our questions and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be returning for any future furniture needs.

Jim and Gene did a wonderful job helping my father furnish his place. They were very pleasant, light hearted, and extremely helpful. We cut up with them bout all we wanted, didn't get kicked out, and they helped us a lot better than Ashley down the road hahaha. We are very grateful.

Just bought a beautiful sofa with Leslie’s help! She was very sweet and took the time to ask all the right questions and explained the warranty to me. The price was awesome as well! Will definitely come back for more furniture!

Not only did we make our first purchase with Joe, but we were so pleased with his service that we went back for a second one. My salesperson was Jade. She was courteous and helpful. I went in to buy a chest of drawers and also purchased a beautiful living room sectional set. Delivery was prompt and the guys that brought the furniture were professional and polite. I definitely recommend Jade and this store.

We went to look at some furniture today in the New Bern store. Mr Joe Murphy assisted us and he was very friendly, welcoming & attentive. He is a top notch salesman. Would most definitely purchase from him again soon.

Dawn Barber not Dawn Clark… anyway my husband and I went to the location in New Bern, NC. Joe was out salesman. He was absolutely amazing! He didn’t pressure us and follow us around but when we had questions he was available to answer. By the end of our visit we purchased a sectional and he was the best help in getting everything set up for us. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

If you need a person who truly cares about the consumer, please see Jim A. at the local New Bern store. We were searching for a new sofa and loveseat combination and he took the time to explain the differences between the 3 that we had chosen which helped us come to our final decision. I am happy that he was there to help. Please give him your business if you are local and looking for new furniture!
